Welcome to kiu9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kiu9 ("kiu9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at kiu9.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, arcade games, and any associated promotional or bonus programs. These Terms apply to all registered players across Bangladesh, including those accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

By accessing kiu9.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and refrain from registering or maintaining an account.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the kiu9 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms as a condition of using the kiu9 platform.
• You accept the kiu9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You understand and accept the kiu9 Responsible Gaming guidelines.
• You confirm that all information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and kiu9, including all financial transactions, game participation, bonus claims, and customer support interactions. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and kiu9 relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

The kiu9 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on kiu9. This age restriction applies without exception to all players regardless of location, game type, or promotional context.

2.2 Verification Process

kiu9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Birth certificate combined with a recent utility bill or bank statement
• Additional documents as reasonably required by our compliance team

Deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims may be withheld pending successful identity verification. kiu9 will notify the player of any outstanding verification requirements via the registered email address.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active kiu9 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The kiu9 platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their place of residence. kiu9 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a player's breach of local laws.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a kiu9 account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must also create a secure password for your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kiu9 account credentials, including your username and password. kiu9 strongly recommends that players:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.
• Enable optional two-step verification where available.
• Never share account credentials with any third party.
• Log out of the platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify kiu9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kiu9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All kiu9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. kiu9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kiu9 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players with fully verified accounts generally enjoy higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in the player's account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's kiu9 balance within 60 seconds of successful mobile wallet confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 24 hours to be credited, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. kiu9 does not charge deposit processing fees, although your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the kiu9 payments team. Standard processing time is 1 to 4 business hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification requirements before processing. kiu9 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request if the player has not met applicable wagering requirements or if a compliance review is in progress.

4.5 Own-Account Rule

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. kiu9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in the interest of fraud prevention and player protection.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kiu9 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts once this threshold is reached, until the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kiu9 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a kiu9 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. kiu9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity in connection with the bonus claim.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry. kiu9 will endeavour to notify players of approaching bonus expiry via email, but is not obligated to do so.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the kiu9 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by kiu9. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the corresponding amount deducted from the player's balance. kiu9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were the result of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, event, market type, and account status. Current stake limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement. kiu9 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. kiu9 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event, including during critical game moments, to review pricing integrity. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if they are found to have been placed with knowledge of information not yet reflected in the odds.

6.4 Voided Bets

kiu9 may void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to technical error, match or player withdrawal, force majeure events, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

6.5 Cricket and BPL Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, additional sport-specific rules apply regarding weather interruptions (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method), player substitutions, and over-reduction scenarios. These rules are displayed in full within the cricket betting section of the kiu9 platform and are subject to updates in line with ICC and BPL governing body regulations.

7 Casino Games

kiu9's casino games, including live dealer games, slots, and arcade titles, are supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel.

kiu9 accepts no responsibility for interruptions to casino game sessions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data drops or Wi-Fi interruptions. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game will resume from its last saved state upon reconnection where technically possible. If a game round cannot be recovered, the bet will be resolved according to the provider's stated disconnection policy.

8 Responsible Gaming

kiu9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered players with access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined number of days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiu9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, technical glitches, or platform vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing kiu9 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your kiu9 account.
• Charging back a payment after using the associated funds for betting or gaming activity.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

kiu9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, kiu9 may forfeit the balance in part or in full. If no breach is found, the balance will be restored and access reinstated.

Players may also voluntarily close their kiu9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

kiu9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kiu9 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the player's device and our servers. Player data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to fulfil our legal obligations and deliver our services.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiu9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to technical interruptions.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on information displayed on the platform.

kiu9's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kiu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kiu9 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the kiu9 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
